All shipping services used by Esenshel provide a tracking number and insurance. The shipping service and  tracking information will be provided by email once your package has been dispatched. If your package is not successfully delivered and is sent back to Esenshel by the courier, we will contact you prior to re-shipping the package. Please allow up to five  business days (not including weekends or holidays) for us to process your order. Process time is required so that we can review your order information and prepare it for shipping, in some instances the hat will be made custom upon receiving the order.
