REFUND/RETURN/EXCHANGE

Esenshel has a strict no refund policy. Items may only be returned for exchange. All returns must be authorized by Esenshel prior to  sending the merchandise back. Simply email us at esenshel@gmail.com to request a return authorization number within 14 days of the order's delivery date. No merchandise will be accepted for return or exchange if not authorized within 7 days of the order's delivery date. The merchandise must not be worn, altered or cleaned. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, and accompanied by its original tags. Merchandise returned  damaged  will be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of Esenshel. Merchandise must also be accompanied by the original  box in its original condition. The return must be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number and insurance, we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. please explain clearly your reason for return so that we can offer a satisfactory exchange solution. Returned Items must be received by Esenshel within 14 days of your having received the Items.
